What is the pickup cost?

The pickup from the store is free.

When can I receive my order?

Your order delivery time is 1 to 4 working days from the date of order. Pick up is from Monday to Friday 09:00 - 21:00 & Saturday 09:00 - 20:00.

How can I be informed about the pickup of my order?

Once your order is ready, you will be informed by SMS and email.

The order will remain in store for 4 days.

Domestic Delivery in Greece

What’s the shipping cost for Greece?

Greece standard delivery cost is 2.99€ if your order is less than 59€, or FREE if your order is over 59€.
(Additional shipping costs may arise in some cases and with prior notice and approval of the customer).

Who will deliver the parcel?

Deliveries will be shipped via Geniki Tahidromiki

How long will it take?

Delivery will take between 1 and 4 working days after despatch.
Items are usually delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm.

In case the driver will not find you he will leave a notice with instructions on how to pick it up.

 * Shipping times may change due to unforeseen factors such as: non-immediate availability of the product, specific treatment, strikes, transportation companies, delays, holidays, festivals etc.

Can I track my delivery?
Tracking is available on all deliveries.
You will receive a despatched email with a tracking number on for your order.

Premium Delivery with Svuum in Attica Region
Meet our new premium delivery service through Svuum where you usually receive your package within 2 days! If you are in Attica, enter your Zip Code in the relevant field and select "Premium Delivery". Svuum will deliver your order at your place within your desired timeframe! At the same time, you can track live the course of your package to you, contact the courier driver who has undertaken your delivery and pay by card during the delivery of your order!

*For same-day delivery or usually within 48-hours, place your order until 13:00.

What is the cost of delivery?
The shipping cost is only 1€ in addition to the standard shipping.
