• Comfortable Handles - Console: The R15 recumbent bike from XTERRA features soft padded handles for a comfortable and firm grip. The corners on the handles offer different grips for more comfort and changing positions. Its console is quite stylish and fully functional. It has an LCD technology screen, where you can see all the useful information for your training: Time, Speed, Distance, Calories, Heart Rate, Revolutions/minute, Fat percentage, Reset. • Electronically Adjustable Magnetic Resistance: The change of resistance is done by pressing a button, from a central console. There are 24 levels of resistance to choose and adapt your training according to your own needs or choose one of 23 available programs

• Wheel - Magnets: One of the important elements of a stationary bike is its wheel (disc). The disc of the R15 is steel, weighing 7 kg perfectly aligned for a nice and smooth experience. Another element that is very important (perhaps even more than the wheel) is its magnets. The quality of the magnets and their correct placement will give you the smooth movement you expect, without those annoying "gaps" like sticking. • Crank - Pedals: The type of crank is of particular importance. The XTERRA R15 bike is equipped with a 3-point crank. The pedals of the bicycle are made of soft plastic, while they also have a strap for security on each pedal

• Variable Position: The R15 bicycle seat has a choice of 9 positions. Adjusting the position is very easy by unscrewing the safety located on the sides of the seat. Adjust the position according to your height, in order to reduce the strain on the knees

• Seat - Heart Rate Sensors: The seat is made of foam materials, which offer protection as well as good support. To the right and left of the seat you will find 2 handles lined with soft materials that offer a comfortable and firm grip, while at the ends of the handles you will find the heart rate sensors. The sensors are ergonomically placed so that your hands rest on them in a natural position. This will help you better monitor your training (pulses, calories burned, etc.) directly from the bike screen.

• Portability: The XTERRA R15 recumbent bike has transport wheels. Move the bike when you're done training so it doesn't take up space! Easily and quickly, with the help of the tilt adjusters that you will find on the 2 rear ends of the bike, place the bike on any surface.
